All the products sold found to be in incorrect, defective or damaged condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Those claims reached to us within 30 days of the delivery shall only be entertained for the defective claims and thereafter all claims shall be covered under the warranty.
- In order to return the product, the customer has to make sure that the product is in unused and original condition, include all the price tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, original and non-damaged boxes, invoice, original packaging of the product.

Yes, all the products sold are 100% original and authentic products and carry the warranty stated by the manufacturer.
How do I get the return label?
For all returns we will mail you return label which you can download and print and attach to the shipment to be returned.
How do I return/refund a product purchased?

- In order to return the product, customer has to make sure that the product is in unused and in original condition, include all the price tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, original and non-damaged boxes, invoices, original packaging, box information, stickers are all intact and not have been tampered with.
How Much time will it take to return the product?
The process of return for product will start as soon as the claim is received. The whole process can take up to 2-3 working days after receiving the claim.

- We do not charge any fees from customer for returns.
- Entire return process will be handled by us.
- Products will be picked by us from customer’s location and entire product amount will be refunded to the customer.
